A video of the conference of Bishop Renato Mayugba on the Apostolic Exhortation of Pope Benedict XVI's "Verbum Domini" was presented by Fr. Ronald A. de Jesus, SOLT at the monthly joint spiritual activity of the OLMHTCS faculty, priest formators and seminarians held February 3, 2012 at the seminary chapel. Group discussions followed the presentation.
Bishop Mayugba tackled the urgency of faith formation in Catholic schools, the personal encounter with the Word of God in our daily life, and how we have to share the "Word of the Lord" to others ,specially to the children. He also discussed the role of the family , particularly of the parents in teaching the children about the Word of God.
In the group discussions, later, everyone shared his/her insights and experiences of sharing the Word of the Lord.
The joint spiritual activity culminated with a Eucharistic Adoration.
